Is anyone else doing the late evening/early morning scramble to entertain the kids right now? We’re trying to social distance as much as we can so trips to the store are limited and we’re depending pretty heavily on delivery and online shopping. Thankfully, Toys “R” Us saw a need for Canadian parents and not only filled it, but they also knocked it out of the park. They’ve just introduced their Stay At Home Packs and they’re pretty spectacular.
With the new Toys “R” Us Stay At Home Packs, parents can order a number of different pre-designed activity packs that are stocked full of different things to keep kids engaged and having fun. The packs include a variety of different focuses including art, sensory play, STEM, building and more. There are also Stay At Home packs available on a variety of different price points and they all include FREE shipping or if you need it fast, choose curbside pick up from your local store.
Even if you don’t need the items for self-isolation, this is a pretty fabulous way to scoop up some gifts for holidays, birthdays and more in the future. All the kits are steeply discounted off the retail prices.
The Play! Day fun pack includes a variety of fun building activities, a puzzle, Uno, LEGO brickheads, binoculars and more and is available for $49.99 (regular retail $74.81)
The Ready Set Play! pack includes something for every interest! Puzzles, building, surprise toys, a Robert Munsch book, Uno, hot wheels and more for $49.95 (regular retail price $71.40)
The Big Imaginations Fun Pack is perfect for kids aged 3-7 and includes a Crayola Scene Creator set, Mega Blocks, Nick Jr Super Dough Set, Discovery wooden blocks and more. This set includes enough cool “bigger” toys to be able to stash them away for holidays if you don’t need them all right now.
The best part? That’s only 3 of the available sets and Toys “R” Us has even more on the way. Keep an eye on the Stay At Home Packs page as they release more exclusive sets to help families stay entertained and having fun together at home.
While you’re enjoying your Stay At Home Packs, make sure to join us and Geoffreyâ„¢ in the #WashYourHandsChallenge with a fun (and super catchy!) song to sing while kids are washing their hands. Alivia made her own TikTok video after seeing the Toys “R” Us TikTok Challenge and she’s super proud of it!
Make sure to also keep an eye out on the Toys R Us Youtube Page for daily appearances from Geoffrey – the beloved Toys “R” Us Mascot. With his playful approach, Geoffrey will share a variety of free child and family play ideas from unboxings to interactive games and DIY activities.Â

We take time each day to tackle regular household chores, allow time to enjoy time spent on those things that we didn’t always have time for, like reading more, crafting, playing games etc.We have also listed some bigger household projects and maintenance, and are working on them one by one based on priority and what we have on hand to do them. We are typically homebodies, so this has not caused much change for us, other than the fact that we can do more, without the need to leave the house.
