I'm psyched for @cahealthfood this weekend, and even more excited that our friends at @attitude_living will also be there! Going low/zero waste has never been easier with so many of their products moving towards sustainable packaging. We were able to easily swap out our sunscreen, shampoo, soaps, and deodorants for much better choices for us and I can't imagine going back.

Just me missing the @mazdacanada CX30 Turbo hard today. We're in the market for a new car and this one checks so many of the boxes. Perfect size for my little legs, everything in a comfortable reach, lots of room for kiddos to climb all over each other in the back seat, ample room for my spontaneous Costco trips and jusssst the perfect size to deter my husband from trying to move my seat.

I'm a huge fan of crossover SUV's, especially ones that don't scrimp on design. Can you spy the Kodo design of the sweeping S curve on the doors? She's the quickest, prettiest car in her class if you ask me. Zooooom!

What's your favourite colour for your cars? The Mazda red is wearing me down!

Sunday's call for brunch in our house and we're always on the hunt for a place that's family-friendly. I can't believe this was our first time at @sophiescosmiccafe but it won't be our last! We managed to time our visit to enjoy Sophie's Sunday Trivia with a long-standing trivia master and spent our time between ordering and playing eye-spy with the decades of retro toys on display throughout. Eye spy with my little eye... ET? Pez dispensers? Vintage Archie Dolls? It's so much fun and makes the time fly by.

You can expect to wait in a short line outside, I believe we waited about 15 minutes, it moves quickly though. Once inside, there's lots to see and lots of plates rushing by you to make you second guess what you ordered. Come hungry! Known for their Eggs Benny and hot sauce, we definitely recommend trying that first.

Sophie's is almost as old as I am, but she looks a heck of a lot better. We'll definitely be back to try the waffles next!

The Easter Bunny is already hard at work, did you know he’s basically a professional chocolatier? That’s why when @purdyschocolatier was getting ready for Easter, they called in the very best to help them choose a special Easter box — Bunny’s Choice! Filled with the Easter bunnies favourite sweet treats, turns out that him and I have some similar faves. 🐰

We had so much fun sampling the chocolates (the mango is to diiiiie for) and visit with some special @rabbitatsrescue sweet babies at @bunnycafevancouver! This incredible cafe partners with the local rescue to help these sweet babies find their forever homes. Book a time slot online and enjoy an hour visiting with them, feeding their favourite little snackies and giggling as they inevitably steal your lettuce cups! They are sneaky sneaky ones. It was so therapeutic sitting with them, they are so soft!

TODAYS THE DAY! Natures Ninjas opens today at @vanaqua! Visitors will have the chance to learn more about some of the coolest animals that have unique ways of protecting themselves in the wild. From Barry the sloth who hides up high, to the three banded armadillo who mimics a toddler trying to be put down, to much much more! I loved the space and may have joked that I’m going to work from the bench with Barry the sloth as my new coworker.

The new exhibit area is huge with lots of room to explore, and lots of interactive displays to touch and learn more about our newest visitors. There is also an amazing team of handlers who will eagerly answer any questions you may have, and they know it all!

This is hands down my favourite activation to take over this space and I can’t wait to hear what you think of it! ⤵️
